DO NOT use this script for anything important! BugZilla and Redmine have both had substantial updates in the past few months. Without using the exact versions that Mr. Heath wrote this script using, you can’t be sure your data will be properly preserved.

If you need to migrate from BugZilla to Redmine, write your own script and TEST. If you can’t do that, you have no business professionally programming at all. Harsh maybe, but true.

Good stuff! Definitely hard to find something decent for Scriptaculous. Spent some time browsing and testing last night. Wasn’t really satisfied though.. this morning with a strong cuppa bumped into your script…

i have been writing a ruby migration script and i have been
reusing quite a bit of your code. especially the SQL-Statements and the mapping
of Bugzilla-entities to Redmine-entities have been a great help for me.

The bug causing the slideshow to reset to the first slide after being paused has been fixed. If you’re using the slideshow please download the updated zip file using the link in the original post.

I was looking for a good slideshow script using scriptaculous…there don’t seem to be a lot out there. This one does pretty much exactly what I was looking for though. One bug I noticed though after hitting pause…after hitting “Play” to start it up again, it goes back to the first image. Then with each transition to the following image, it begins to show the next image, but then fades out and the first image fades in again (I’m using fade for each transition).

Any thoughts on how to fix that?
